Blaster

Blaster is the ruler of the sea and master of camoflage. He can talk to all of the animals of the sea. Many of the sea
creatures venture into Terrian through deep openings from the Earth oceans into the oceans of Terrian. Blaster has the
gift of being able to go into the oceans of Earth, but is never allowed to breech the surface only in rare emergencies.
